Haya Projects was born out of a shared passion for stylish and precise renovations. What began as private projects soon showed how well our qualities complement each other, which increased the demand for our services.

After several successful renovations, we left our careers in corporate finance and private banking to focus entirely on unburdening ourselves during construction and delivering top-notch results. We found that communication from construction companies sometimes left much to be desired, there was not always sufficient transparency and quality often fell short. We chose to approach this differently, by reducing the complexity of renovations for you, the client.

Dean, who learned the trade from his father, leads the construction with a team of professionals. Hayke provides the drawings, concepts and construction supervision.
